Reprint of the 1941 critical edition of the presentation based on ms 5418 of the Bibliothèque de l`Arsenal. Variants in notes. A critical dissertation precedes each satire. The purpose of this work is not to focus on the sources and literary quality of the attenuated definitive form of the satires but their historical significance as instruments of the combat.
